You are not a lolcat, and even if you were it’d be stupid. Must you seriously do this? We can see the appeal in acting like an adorably selfish, hungry animal to show your enthusiasm, but must you continue to use this particular phrase to describe the inclination? “OM NOM NOM” has essentially suffered its demise by the hands of I Can Has Cheezburger, the atrocious unfunny mass-media perversion of a meme that was once good, but even without Cheezburger to ruin it, it’s just a bit too stupid.
Maybe if you’re watching a cat and observing how it is eating. That might be funny, or at least appropriate to describe its thoughts as “OM NOM NOM”. But you can’t use it for yourself anymore, nor state that you’re “nomming”, nor refer to “noms”, nor make use of any other human application of the idea. Sorry. The Cheezburger idiots ruined anything that was left of it.
